ROOMS

Tatami for co-sleeping and naps

The Japanese-Western Junior Suite (104 m²) sleeps up to 6. Lay out futons side by side on the tatami area and let the whole family stretch out. Baby cots are also available (reservation required).

BEACH & PLAY

1-minute walk to the sea, fun rain or shine

Play to your heart's content at the beach right in front, then head straight back to your room. On rainy days, table tennis and billiards are free. The BBQ area is covered and usable in any weather.

BATH

Turn the private bath into a family bath

The private panoramic baths on the third floor are free. Even children not yet out of diapers can enjoy the hot spring at their leisure without worrying about others (apply at check-in).

Meals for children, too

Children's menus and children's chairs are available (advance notice required). Please feel free to discuss allergies when you book.

Answers to questions we are often asked before booking.

Q Is the official site the cheapest place to book?

Yes. We always offer our lowest rate on our official site. We also provide official-site-only perks and coupons for members, so you can stay for less than on other sites.

Q What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 (until 22:00 for room-only plans) and check-out is at 10:00. If you expect to arrive late, please let us know in advance.

Q Do you have private baths? Is there a charge?

We have two private baths, free of charge. One is stone-paved and the other is made of hinoki cypress, each with its own character. They are available from 15:30 to 23:00 and from 6:00 to 10:00 the next morning, and each stay includes one evening use (reservation required). Morning use is offered subject to availability, so we may not be able to accommodate every request. Enjoy our mildly alkaline natural hot spring while looking out over Tateyama Bay.

Q Is there parking?

We provide free parking for 20 cars. No reservation is needed. We will guide you to the hotel entrance.

Q How do I get to the hotel?

By car, it takes about 1 hour 50 minutes from Tokyo (about 23 minutes from Tomiura IC). By express bus, it takes about 1 hour 50 minutes from Tokyo Station or about 2 hours from Shinjuku Station to Tateyama Station. From Tateyama Station, take a local bus for about 25 minutes, get off at "Hasama" and walk about 3 minutes, or take a taxi for about 15 minutes.
